Orders at Korean cuisine are made at the counter from thirteen choices, one of which is an appetizer. No drinks are on the menu, although they are available at the mini-mart next door. I ordered Korean Beef Short Ribs and they were savory and delicious. My wife ordered Kung Pao Chicken, spicy. Yes, it was spicy, but with excellent flavor - perhaps a bit more spicy than she preferred. The service was friendly and engaging. But I will say that Korean Cuisine is a bit of an odd restaurant. It has a particularly quirky ambiance. Yes, it is a "gas station restaurant" but that doesn't necessitate their ambiance. Some of the best meals I have eaten have been at "gas station restaurants" so that isn't a negative. The decor is all over the place without any particular theme or coordination. It certainly is unique. There are two booths and a round table together with some bar seating facing out the windows. The booth seats were uncomfortable because they tilted forward so you felt as if you were going to slide off. Many people order takeout. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our meals and would recommend you try it out for an adventure in eating.

Ordered kalbi (bbq short ribs), bento, and chicken katsu to take out. Staff was really nice. Place was clean and friendly. The food was delicious. I was really impressed by the kalbi-- it was so tender and seasoned just right. FYI it's in a food mart/gas station.

Oh my goodness! I didn't know this great of Asian food existed....especially in Athol. I normally do not eat at restaurants in gas stations but this is definitely an exception. Really great food. It took a while to get my food but they were really busy. Definitely will be back.

This was a much needed addition to Athol! Such good food, and great people who run it! Sanja is such a sweetheart and so hospitable. You kind of forget that its in a gas station once you taste the delicious food. Their egg flour soup, yakisoba, gyoza, honey sesame chicken, and fried rice are all awesome!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Absolutely blown away by the kindness here! Rianne at the counter went above and beyond— she covered more than half of my meal when I didn’t have enough money. God bless her, truly an angel. The food was delicious, the service was incredible, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We need more people like Rianne in this world. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
